PRACTICING LAW IN CORPORATE, TAXATION, BANKRUPTCY, IMMIGRATION AND REAL ESTATE

Joseph Shun Ravago graduated from Loyola Academy in 1990. After Loyola, Shun (pronounced like Shawn) attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He also graduated with minors in Spanish and Economics.  Shun then attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1997.  He was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 1998. Shun passed the Certified Public Accountant exam.

In 2000, Shun took the position of Director of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer for Voice & Data Group, Inc., a telecom start-up.  He left that same year and started Ravago & Associates. Since 2000 Shun has been practicing law in the areas of Corporate, Family Law,  Taxation, Bankruptcy, Immigration, and Real Estate.

Aside from his professional life, Joseph has completed Ironman Louisville and Ironman Wisconsin. He was invested in the Order of the Knights of Rizal, an official award of the Republic of the Philippines, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, the Sacred Constantinian Military Order of St. George, and the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Rhodes, and Malta.
